Leslie was born and raised in Spartanburg county and graduated from Chesnee High School. While in high school Leslie worked in the textile industry. Following high school he made the decision to become an entrepreneur, opening first a car dealership in Chesnee, and several years later SuperCycle of Spartanburg, now under new ownership. With the sale of SuperCycle, Leslie’s interests in real estate became heightened, leading him to acquire several properties. The following year he became a licensed REALTOR®. Leslie is currently the Broker In Charge at Leslie Horne and Associates.

Leslie is happily married to Donna; they have two children, Logan and Lexi.
